Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners accessing our website, submitting Requests for Quotation (RFQs), requesting product samples, or placing mass production orders with FuTian.

As a trusted ODM/OEM partner, we strictly protect our clients’ innovations.

Client IP: Ownership, confidentiality, permitted use, and any NDA obligations for bespoke designs, technical drawings, or proprietary software algorithms are defined by the applicable signed project agreements. Do not infer an automatic NDA or universal ownership result from these website terms.

FuTian IP: Baseline structures, PCB layouts, and existing molds may remain FuTian property where the applicable quotation, PI, NDA, or other signed project agreement so provides. Custom tooling ownership, storage, maintenance, and production-use rights are project-specific.

All official quotations provided via email or our RFQ system are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Due to potential fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., SUS304 stainless steel, electronic components) and currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to update pricing prior to the final Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation. Standard quotes are typically based on FOB Shenzhen or EXW (Ex Works) terms, unless otherwise negotiated.

For Advanced ODM projects requiring new structural molds or custom component integration, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and tooling costs, ownership, storage, maintenance, and production-use rights will be stated in the applicable quotation, PI, NDA, or other signed project agreement. MOQs are project-specific; the current commercial baseline is 500 pcs where applicable, and the final MOQ is the one confirmed in the quotation or PI.

Payment terms, including whether payment is made by T/T and any deposit, balance, inspection, or shipment conditions, are subject to the applicable quotation and PI. No universal deposit or balance percentage is promised by these website terms.

For applicable products and approved project scope, the current company-provided baseline includes CE Marking compliant, LVD compliant, EMC compliant, RoHS compliant, and 3C certified status. UKCA, LFGB, other regional requirements, and destination-specific documentation are project-specific and must be confirmed during the RFQ. Inspection methods, including any AQL reference, are confirmed in the applicable quotation or project QC plan; these website terms do not promise a universal AQL methodology.

Estimated lead times for sampling and mass production will be outlined in your specific project timeline. While we pride ourselves on consistent delivery, lead times are estimates and may be subject to Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions). We will communicate any delays transparently and promptly.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with international trade disputes subject to amicable negotiation or arbitration in recognized international commercial courts.
